Returns / Exchanges
Because each sign is custom built for you; the client, we cannot accept returns.

If there was a misspelling or numerical error that was not on your accepted proof, we will replace the item at no additional charge.

In the unlikely event you need to exchange a product due to our error, please follow the outlined steps below.

  • Present a copy of your paid invoice.
  • Communicate directly with sign making team
  • Deliver product with misinformation and provide corrective instructions
  • Provide instructions for returning corrected product

Please email signs@smithsigns.com so that we can understand what the issue is and make preparations for a pickup or schedule an appointment to receive your damaged merchandise. Our office is located at 30081 Ahern Ave, Union City, CA 94587.

Refunds (if applicable)
Smith Signs does not typically grant refunds. If there is an extreme circumstance we will do our best to work with you to find a solution.

Shipping
To return your product, you can mail your product to: 30081 Ahern Ave, Union City, CA 94587.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If there was an error on our part, we will ship or deliver the item at our cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
