How long until my order is completed?
Most orders have up to a 5 business day turnaround time. Approved URL rider orders before 2 p.m. will be available for use, pickup, or delivery the next business day. Orders that are larger than a dozen items will need additional consultation.
What are the specifications for each file?
If your sign is all text and standard shapes, you can go as low as 100dpi. If you have a any photographs included, we recommend 300dpi. The file formats we accept are: .jpeg & .png for online uploads. If you have a .psd, .pdf, .eps, or .ai document you may email your image here.
My file is too small to upload
The minimum size is 200kb x 200kb for an image. An example of that size of an image could be the "REALTOR" or "MLS" logo. Please use a high quality image when sending your files for upload otherwise the output of the order will not be acceptable.
I don't see my agency listed but I have print ready artwork to submit.
Please use one of the templates provided to upload your files. Generic templates are depicted by a Smith Signs or Sunrise sign panel logo for the appropriate size for your sign. If you don't see a template for your sign size or prefer to send it to us directly, please click here.
Do you offer shipping?
If you are local in the Bay Area, you can arrange for us to deliver your signs to you. If you are not local, we can ship to your desired address and the cost will depend on your location.
Do you offer custom design or re-branding?
We have an in-house design team available which can design whatever you may need. Please email here for inquiries or you can submit a request on our contact page.
What are your days and hours of operation?
